Products Description of Pancreatin CAS#8049-47-6
Pancreatin is a digestive aid, mainly containing trypsin, amylase and lipase. Trypsin can convert protein into peptone, amylase can convert starch into dextrin and sugar, and lipase can decompose fat into glycerol and fatty acids. It is more active under neutral or weakly alkaline conditions. It digests starch, protein and fat in intestinal fluid, thus promoting digestion and increasing appetite.
