It is a non-pollution solvent with multiple functional groups. It is mainly used as a solvent for inks, paints, inks, textile dyes, and textile oils. It can also be used as a cleaning agent in the production of LCD displays. Flammable and may form explosive vapor/air mixtures above 42°C.
